Pack 105 is looking for new recruits to join in the Scouting adventure with us.  We are an active Pack that presents many opportunities for the boys and their siblings.  Here is a small sampling of what we do:
  • Pack Family Camping: We hold 3-4 family camping weekends each year at exciting locations.  Each weekend has a theme that activities center around and, of course, a campfire program where everyone participates.
  • Cub Scout Day Camp:  Our Pack attends a week of Summer Day Camp locally every year.  We also provide many of the Leaders and Activities Staff at Summer Camp, so the boys already know many of the Adults at camp.
  • Hiking Club:  Pack 105 has a unique hiking club program.  Each month the Pack does a ~3 mile hike on various local trails.  Boys who hike 30 miles earn a hiking stick that is presented to them during an honor ceremony.  For each 10 miles after that, they earn a Scouting emblem for their hiking stick.  We believe that hiking helps kids grow in many ways and the boys (and their siblings) really enjoy it.
  • Monthly Pack Meetings:  The Pack honors the achievements of boys by presenting their badges each month.  Pack meetings also include plenty of ceremony and fun activities.
  • Den Meetings: Den meetings are held twice monthly, where the boys do many of the activities to earn their rank and other badges.
  • Blue & Gold Banquet: This is a big celebration held each February to present the boys with their earned rank and to cross Webelos 2 Scouts into Boy Scouts.
  • Many other activities:  Pinewood Derby, Spring Picnic, Scouting for Food, public service projects and many day trips to museums, sporting events, community organizations, etc.
If your son is in Kindergarten through 5th grade and would like to be a part of the adventure, please contact us today.
